Position Spectacular sea view luxury villa located on the Amalfi side of the Sorrento Penisula, opposite the famous Li Galli islands.
Villa Jacono opens out towards the panorama following its own circular shapes and making the villa garden an integral part of the landscape.
TYPOLOGY
The circular architecture of the Villa, which is levelled on two terraced floors, harmonised the outside spaces, terraces and garden, with the internal ones, which are full of light and are furnished with valuable Neapolitan furniture from the 1800s, including a beautiful billiard table, an together it creates an extraordinary Sixties atmosphere. One of the main attractions of this villa is that it is circular and on 2 terraced levels overlooking the whole Gulf of Salerno with its varied coast.
First Floor : Spacious entrance room opening to a dining area and kitchen on the right, double room with bathroom with shower and fan–shaped living room with a wide balcony with lovely sea views.
Spiral staircase to the lower floor : spacious high room with play room (beautiful billiard table in the Neapolitan style of the 19th century, and a sitting area with fireplace, 2 double rooms and a bathroom with tub. Services dependencies 30sq.m. (sleeps 3) studio with living and sleeping area, bathroom with shower, surrounded by a big terrace and a luxuriant Mediterranean garden. Villa Jacono disposes of the following facilities: Dishwasher, swimming pool 9 x 3m with solarium, washing machine, private panoramic garden, telephone (extra), parking, TV – satellite, garden, stereo–CD, cleaning service, microwave oven, heating, air conditioning, barbecue, cook and driver (extra).
