Our vegetarian guest house and organic farm is situated in the heart of the Appennine Mountains near Parma on the border of Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany. At 850 metres above sea level, we enjoy a spectacular view of the valley and surrounding mountains, in addition to a lovely temperate climate.
Our farm has 5 charming double guest rooms and a self-sufficient studio apartment, and our beautiful stone salone is perfect for group events, such as seminars and parties.
We respect nature and animals and welcome four-legged visitors. Our many pets include cats, dogs, geese, goats, chickens, sheep, and a donkey. There are lots of foot paths in the surrounding uncontaminated mountains where you may have the good fortune to come across an elf or the odd famous porcini mushroom native to Borgo Val di Taro! We grow organic fruits, vegetables and herbs, and produce honey, all of which are staples in our tasty home-cooked vegetarian dishes and products. Above all, we value and offer a warm and friendly atmosphere and a simpler way of life. |
