Totally restored in 2000 with top-notch materials, this flat is only 50 meters from the beach and is located on a very quiet street of the famous Barceloneta Quarter, widely known as the old fishing area.
The area was transformed in 1992 into a place of leisure with long beaches and palm-promenades, perfect swimming conditions, many typical beachside restaurants (some of the best sea-food restaurants in the city), bars and open terrace cafés.
