Bella Casa Vista has 4 patios, 4 patio sets, a BBQ, Flat screen, Google TV with Netflix and Cable. Wireless Internet is available throughout the house.

Bella Casa Vista is a 2-minute flat walk to the large sandy beach that is 7-miles long and includes a foot bridge across from the the Rio Del Mar area & Seacliff Beach State Park with its famous cement ship. Picnic tables and barbecue pits are available.Also within an fun bike ride is the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. With over 30 miles of trails, hiking, jogging and biking along trails and streams and small waterfalls are some of the activities to be enjoyed here. Picnic tables and barbecue pits are available.

Within a 5 minute drive of Bella Casa Vista, is the historic village of Aptos with the famous Bayview Hotel and Restaurant. Several restaurants from the English Pub, the Britannia Arms with its stone fireplaces, game room and frequent live music, The Sushi on the Run, which makes fresh Sushi to order and Manuel?s Mexican on Center at the entrance to Seacliff St Beach Park has specialized in serving wonderful Red Snapper for years.

Also within an fun bike ride is the beautiful Forest of Nisene Marks State Park. The park offers rugged semi-wilderness, rising from sea level to steep coastal mountains of more than 2,600 feet. Once the site of logging operations until the 1920s, visitors can still find evidence of logging operations, mill sites and trestles in the park. The land was donated to the state by the Marks family in 1963.
