Tenuta S. Agnese has belonged to the Fanetti family for generations. The Fanettis were the first to define their wine as "vino Nobile" on their labels in 1921; as the idea was successful, the same words were used by all other wine-growers in the region.

The farm covers an area of 112 hectares, including 18 hectares assigned to vineyards, 12 to olive groves and the remaining to wood and sowable land.

Tenute S.Agnese sells its wines both in Italy and abroad.

Podere Sans Giuseppe is situated in the heart of the region where the wine "Vino Nobile di Montepulciano" is produced. The perfectly-kept vineyards surround a structure obtained from a typical far restored to its spendour.
Four flats are available, sleeps 2-4 each, offering all comforts to make your stay in Tuscany unforgettable.

A wide garden complete with barbecue and swimming pool, offering a wonderful sight over the surrounding hills, is available for those who love sedentary holidays.
