This cosy and quiet apartment Sao Vicente VII is situated on two floors of an complete restored old town house. The living space amounts to 50 sq.m. The apartment divides into a comfortable kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a living- and sleeping room on the 1st floor.
In the living- and sleeping room you will sleep in a double bed with a comfortable mattress
(1.60 x 2.00 m), which in fact consists of two mattresses of 80cm with a mattress pad on the top.
From the living room window you will have an overwhelming view of the Alfama and the Tejo bay.
The kitchen and the bathroom are tiled, whereas the living-bedroom has fine wooden floors. The apartment has been completely restored and furnished in 2007.
When you leave the apartment you just enter into Lisbons unique architecture with the small lanes, old houses and traditional restaurants, shops and cafes. The famous Alfama quarter just starts in front of your door.
Upon arrival you receive the apartment key from our housekeeper Dona Adalia. She lives some steps up the street. Before your arrival she cleans the apartment and covers your beds with sheets.

The rent is valid for a reservation of two adults. Each further adult pays 20 EUR per night (max. 4 persons). Children up to 9 years paying 10 EUR per night. When booking we kindly ask for a deposit of 100 EUR. This sum counts as a rental retreat fee up to 30 days before the rent starts. From 30 days before the beginning of the rent the rental retreat fee is the complete rental rate, if we cannot find a substitute.
Cleaning of the apartment for two persons 40 EUR, three 50 EUR. Four persons 60 EUR.
Towels and bed-linen are provided. Electricity, gas and water are inclusive.
