Welcome to our home!
Our house is very centrally located across the street from Oslo's most visited attraction, the famous Vigeland sculpture park. Set in a large garden shielded from traffic it is a peaceful oasis in the centre of town. The house is over 100 years old and has - fortunately - only been moderately modernised.
For more than 6 year we’ve been welcoming guests to our home. Meeting the world at our kitchen table has added a lot of colour and joy to our lives!
We can offer our guest two two spacious MAXI-rooms – with a standard double bed and an additional sofa. The rooms can accommodate up to three people.
Occasionaly, we can also offer a MINI room. It is a small, cozy room, with only one bed (1.2 m) - it's most suitable as a single room or for couples that don’t need a lot of space (not recommended for longer stays!). This room is usually reserved for family, friends and regulars and we can therefore only confirm reservations 1-2 weeks in advance.
The bathroom facilities are shared. We would appreciate our guests not smoking inside the house.

We usually serve breakfast in our kitchen – around the family table. It can happen once in a while that we are unable to serve you breakfast – in that case we always recommend a nice coffee shop just around the corner.
Unfortunately we can not confirm any bookings for single nights unless it is short notice (1 week before arrival). In that case we will charge a supplement of € 3.50 per person.
Parking free of charge.
* Reservations for the mini room can only be confirmed 1-2 weeks in advance.
