Located at Bosc-Bénard Commin, in the heart of the Roumois region, between Bourgtheroulde and Bourg-Achard, in the Eure, approx 1 h from Paris and 35' from Deauville and close to the city of Rouen, this ancient manor, 2 hundred years old (1811), where Hector Malot (famous writer of Sans famille) used to live, can accomodate up to 15 persons.
The fully renovated house (approx 500 sq meters) is located on a land with a great variety of old trees.
The house is facing East, with an unlimited view on the plains.

The house (approx 500 sq. meters) can accomodate up to 15 persons.
At the ground floor :
- hall with dressing and toilets,
- fully equiped kitchen (approx 30 sq meters),
- Dining room with local typical furniture, - double living room with sofa, TV and style furniture.
On the first floor :
- 1 bedroom with bathroom (1 bed 160 cm and 1 bed 90 cm),
- 2 bedrooms with single bed each (1 bed 120 cm), basin and access to second central bathroom,- 1 bedroom with basin ( 1 bed 140 cm and 1 bed 90 cm) On the second floor :
- 4 rooms with access to shower and toilets. up to 7 persons.
