Sardinia Vacation Rentals : Panoramic and sunny condo apartment (55 m2) in a nice residential complex (2 ha) on the seashore (80 m away) with small sandy and rocky beaches in the renowned and typical gulf of Marinella, an inlet 5 km from Golfo Aranci (all kinds of shops), only 6 km from the high society tourist centre of Porto Rotondo, 12 km Olbia (harbour and airport), 30 km Porto Cervo another well known bathing resort of the Costa Smeralda, 45 km Palau, with embarkations for the archipelago of Maddalenine, 58 km Santa Teresa di Gallura with the possibility of embarkations for Corsica. Splendid view of the gulf of Marinella and Marineledda that reaches as far as the islands of Soffi and Mortorio. Good level of peace and quiet. The residence with porter and service centre has a bar restaurant, hair dresser's and a large grassy area with public swimming pool (7x15) (03/06-16/09 with lifeguard. In the adjacent residence (100 m) there is a small supermarket and tennis court upon payment. Reserved parking space covered with thin canes 50 m from the apartment.

Air conditioning in the living room and in the double bedroom o be paid on the spot according to usage. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed available.
