Charming residence created from the restoration of a part of an ancient Sicilian masseria, typical of the south-eastern Sicily. It is situated near the town of Ragusa on a hill that gently slopes down toward the sea reaching the seaside resorts of Kamarina, Scoglitti and Marina di Ragusa. Beautiful view of the countryside. Peaceful position. The masseria consists of a large apartment that is spread out on three floors and is surrounded by areas tiled with ancient stones, grassy areas and in a terracing in an elevated position is the swimming pool (23x6) with equipped suntrap terrace.
ACCOMMODATION: Upper floor: large living/dining room (approx. 50 m2) (TV) with large windows and access to the large covered terrace equipped for outdoor dining (barbecue), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave) open to the living room, 1 double bedroom (TV), 1 double bedroom with bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, 1 bathroom with shower, small laundry room (washing machine).
