Very beautiful villa (abt. 350 m2) overhanging the sea and in a dominating position over the beautiful Gulf of Aspra, renowned area near Palermo Extensive views of the sea and the bay. The villa is built on 2,000 m2 of fenced-in grounds and is made up of the main building, which is 10m straight above the sea, and the outbuilding is abt. 40 m higher up, linked by a staircase carved in the rock. The house is surrounded by a treed area (abt. 200 m2) that overlooks the sea and can be used for outdoor dining. Both the villa and the grounds are developed over several levels that slope down towards the sea (rocks with platform) and the beach (mixed sand and rocks) can be reached by a private access on a side of the villa 20-30 m away. Parking spaces for 3/4 cars.
