SARDINIA STINTINO HOLIDAY HOME VACATION RENTALS.
Semi-detached Holiday home (120 m2) situated in a village made up of exclusive residences. Vacation rentals only 50 m from the sea and 1.5 km from the town of Stintino (all kinds of shops, boat hire, tennis courts, diving center, horse-back riding). The property is set between two houses and is separated from them by a shared wall. The area is characterised by small beaches with crystal-clear water. The old hamlet of Stintino, originally a fishing village, is now one of the most renowned tourist destinations of Sardinia. Opposite the coast lays the Natural Park of Asinara with its numerous possibilities of excursions. 200 m a way is the ferry-bus that connects the beaches to the town. 3.5 km Spiaggia della Pelosa (under the splendid Capo Falcone), 4 km golf course, 29 km Porto Torres, 46 km Sassari, 49 km Alghero, 146 km Olbia. Peaceful position. Beautiful views of the sea. Behind the house is an exclusive garden (400 m2) with barbecue. 50 m away is a small pier that is at the guests' disposal where mooring is possible free of charge for small and medium-sized pleasure boats.Parking.
ACCOMMODATION : Gr. fl.: equipped entrance loggia (10 m2), large living room (TV) with fireplace and access onto the equipped terrace (35 m2) that is partly covered, dining room, kitchenette (oven, freezer, dishwasher) open to the dining area, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bedroom with small double bed (1.40 m), 1 bathroom with shower. Basement room with table-tennis and wood burning oven. Reasonably comfortable furniture with Sardinian-style furniture. Linen is not included, but can be rented on request. Central heating.
