The mission style architecture of this Laguna Beach hotel bed and breakfast set below towering palms framing views of the blue Pacific invites you to linger, to slow your pace to that of another less hurried era. This feeling will be reinforced as you take your breakfast or afternoon refreshments in the historic Mission House or on one of the many secluded patios.

Our magnificent Palm Court, the bougainvillea-vined courtyard and the ocean-view pool deck will enchant you with their fountains and rare Catalina tiles. Another true touch of classic Laguna Beach, California is the Bell Tower, the perfect place to catch spectacular sunsets over Catalina Island.

Two lovely beaches are a few minutes walk from this Laguna Beach hotel. Victoria Beach is the white sandy one while Moss Point offers tide pools and coves. Located one and a half miles south of Main Beach, we are a short distance from the many boutiques, pottery shops, and galleries for which Laguna Beach,is famous.

The Cottage - Newly renovated and remodeled with our best ocean views. The Cottage offers Old Mission charm and the ultimate in privacy and luxury. The bathroom features a double jetted tub from which guests can see the ocean and a separate shower. The sitting room with fireplace opens to the living room with breakfast bar, kitchenette and queen sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king bed. The private patio overlooks our pool and the ocean. 600-square feet separate building.

Laguna Suite - This ocean view suite features a large, luxurious bathroom with double whirlpool tub and separate shower. An inviting double-sided fireplace faces the bedroom with king bed and the living room with double sleeper sofa, wet bar and ocean view balcony. 500-square foot suite.

Newport and Balboa Suites - These ocean view junior suites with a king size bed and a full-sized sleeper sofa can conveniently be combined with an adjoining room to become a two bedroom, two bathroom suite. Enjoy the ambiance fireplace or your favorite DVD from the double whirlpool tub. Balcony, kitchenette with cooktop, microwave and refrigerator. 350-square foot suite.

Capistrano Suite - This one bedroom suite overlooks our beautiful Palm Court and offers a splendid view of the pool deck and the Bell Tower. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Ambiance fireplace, full kitchen, balcony and bathroom with shower. 500-square feet suite.

Mission Suite - The original Master Suite of the Mission House offers the true B&B experience. This suite is adjacent to our lobby, front desk and kitchen. It features a living room with fireplace, hardwood floors and queen size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a queen size bed. Double whirlpool tub in the bathroom. Secluded patio.

Deluxe Ocean View with Patio (Crystal Cove) Rooms - Our new standard! These ocean view rooms feature ambiance fireplaces and jetted tubs big enough for two people, a queen or king sized bed and a private ocean view patio.

Deluxe Courtyard (Rockledge) Rooms - These courtyard view rooms feature ambiance fireplaces and double whirlpool tubs, queen, king or two extra long twin beds.

Deluxe Ocean View Rooms - Recently remodeled with larger bathrooms, double jetted tubs and queen or king bed, these rooms share a balcony with spectacular ocean views.

Ocean View Rooms - Highest elevation on our property. Originally built as artist's studios, these rooms share a balcony offering spectacular ocean views and overlooking the courtyard. Showers and a queen, king or two extra long twin beds.

Courtyard Rooms - Cozy, secluded rooms opening onto the lovely Grand Courtyard with its colorful flowers and wrought iron furniture. Showers and king, queen or two extra long twin beds.
