The Inn is centrally located near San Francisco's Civic Center and the tranquil Alamo Square. Our quiet and comfortable Italianate-Victorian style inn was built in the 1800's and has been meticulously renovated and maintained. We are well served by bus lines, or a five minute taxi ride to the City Hall, the Opera House, the Davies Symphony Hall and many other major attractions.
We are located in the Alamo Square historic area. We are just two minutes on foot from "postcard row", six beautifully restored Victorian houses against the backdrop of the San Francisco skyline - the most famous and classic San Francisco scene.
Our eighteen cheerful and comfortable rooms are tastefully decorated. They all include queen sized beds, direct-dial telephone, TV, high ceilings and sunny bay-style windows. A continental breakfast is included in the price of your room.
After an exciting day of sightseeing dive into our fluffy feather beds and relax! You will get a good nights sleep at our B&B.
Our clean, quiet and cozy rooms are one of the reasons that guests keep coming back year after year. All rooms have double-pained windows to ensure a quiet environment.
As one would expect of a house built in the 1800's each room is unique however they all have a high quality queen sized bed, telephone, TV, high ceilings and sunny bay-style windows.
All the rooms have been newly renovated and tastefully decorated.

Additional information
All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a $25 charge for each additional occupant.
Continental breakfast is included with your stay, featuring locally baked bread, bagels, spreads, yogurt, fruits, cereal, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, tea and OJ. Breakfast is served from 8am-10am.
Cancellations must be made seven days prior to your arrival date, unless you have booked using a promo code that stated it was non-refundable. Late cancellations or no shows will be charged one night of your stay. Cancellations must be made by phone or email.
Check in is from 3pm-8pm. We can always accommodate early check-ins. If your room is not ready we can store your luggage for you until it is.
Children up to ten years old will not be charged extra person charge for the room.
No pets and no smoking. If you smoke in your room a damage charge will be applied. We may charge your card post departure for any damage done to the room.
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made after this time will be charged one night of the stay.

It is one of those street villas up a hill, which San Francisco is famous for, and the interior as well as the friendly staff makes it feel like coming home. Reasonable price, always including free Wifi and lovely homey breakfast. Newly fitted room with a good bathroom (modern shower niche). Lovely home in a quiet and historical location. Fantastic breakfast every morning, lovely neighborhood, literally steps away from Alamo Square and the Painted Ladies. Restaurant across the street Alamo Seafood Grill was excellent. The Inn is right in front of a bus stop for the Fillmore Line #22 that takes you straight up to Marina District and Fisherman's Wharf, a block away the Hayes Bus, #21, takes you to Union Square and the Embarcadero area. All in a matter of minutes. Hayes also has tons of fun restaurants and shops. Couldn't ask for a better place! Dom Phoenix, AZ
