Vacation Home Holiday Rentals in Sicily

Attractive and cosy stone-built house (150 m2) that has been well restored and well furnished and is situated on the slopes of a hill (500 m a.s.l.) with its back to Cefalù. The house is set in peaceful and pleasant surroundings with terraced grounds with typical local vegetation (Indian fig plants, orchards etc). The house is characterised by a large terrace with views as far as the sea and a further shaded terrace with table for outdoor dining. In the surroundings, not visible one by the other and at a suitable distance, there are other villas mainly used as holiday homes and there is also the second home of the owners, 300 m away and which uses the same access. Parking.

ACCOMMODATION: The house develops over various levels and has two entrances, an upper and a lower one.
Upper access: entrance, you go down four steps and you come to 1 double bedroom with two windows with panoramic views and 1 bathroom with shower, you go down a flight of stairs to reach the living/dining room (TV) with fireplace from where you gain access to two terraces and a built in kitchen corner (oven, freezer), 1 bathroom with shower. From the living room by going down four steps you come to a twin bedded room with an additional 3rd bed and direct access onto a terrace. Small, detached room external to the structure (no heating), which you can access from outside, by going down a small flight of stairs, with double bed (140 cm), WC (washbasin, bidet, washing machine). Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: 14 km Cefalù which is one of the most typical and famous resorts in Sicily on account of its characteristics and for its beaches where you can hire deck-chairs etc. Proceeding inland on the island there are important tourist spots which are famous for their scenery and for their culture such as Piano Battaglia, Petralia, Castelbuono. Palermo is 50 km away.
