Tiny stone-built house perched on a cliff above the sea from where you can see a 180º stretch of the north-western coast of Sicily and of the Eolie islands in the distance. The sea is approx. 300 m away as the crow flies, but can be reached by car (approx. 2 km) (Castel di Tusa) where there is a mixed sand, pebble and rocky beach. Peaceful position even if higher up above the house there is a secondary motorway exit. The house is characterized, not only by a very beautiful view, but also by an equipped terrace for outdoor dining near the entrance to the living room and a second terrace that is sunny and reserved on the opposite side, also with view. Parking.

ACCOMMODATION: (30 m2) Gr. fl. (studio flat): living/dining room (TV) with double divan bed, kitchen corner (freezer), 1 bathroom with shower. Reasonably comfortable furniture.

LOCATION: 2 km Castel di Tusa (grocery shops, bar, bathing establishments, archaeological sites of Halesa), 10 km S. Stefano di Camastra (all kinds of shops) renowned centre for pottery making, 22 km Cefalù important historic centre, 40 km S. Agata di Militello with embarkation for the Eolie islands (seasonal service).
