Delightful modern villa that directly faces the sea, with direct access to the beach, situated in an elevated position on the side of gentle hill that divides two gulfs, each with a sandy beach. From the villa you can enjoy a very beautiful broad view of the sea and the coast with the ancient lookout tower of Monterosso. Peaceful position. The villa is divided into 2 apartments as well a small one-room apartment which the owners reserve for their own use. The two apartments each have their own equipped terrace equipped for outdoor dining and with sea view. The rest of the villa's outdoor space is shared and is made up of various terracings facing the sea, suntrap terrace, an outdoor shower, barbecue, direct access to the sea and car access in the back for only one car per apartment. Very simple but complete furnishings.
The two apartments can be rented together for a maximum capacity of 6-8 sleeping spaces (GIALLONARDO). Baby-bed available (Euro 25/week/each).
ACCOMMODATION: 1st fl.: (accessed by means of a private terrace), living/dining room with access to the equipped terrace (20 m2) (double divan bed), kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Gr. fl.: living/dining room in veranda from where you can directly access a terrace equipped for outdoor dining and with sunshade canopy, kitchen (oven, freezer), 1 small bedroom with 2 beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. LOCATION: We are located on the southern coast of Sicily, approx. 15 km west of Agrigento, an extremely famous and much visited Sicilian city, where you can find the renowned Valley of the Temples. The nearest town which has all kinds of shops is Siculiana, which is only 3.5 km away. The archaeological site of "Eraclea Minoa" is 20 km away, 40 km from the important seafaring centre of Sciacca (important fish market). |
