The villa is situated in a very small residential context and has its own fenced-in garden (1000 m2) with a very well kept lawn of exclusive use of the guests where you will find a pleasant swimming pool (8x4, 1.00 m min. - 1.60 m max. deep, floodlit). Large barbecue. Outside 1 large bathroom with shower (washing machine). The other half of the villa has an independent access and garden. Shaded parking.
