Combe Lancey is an historic 12th century manor house set in an attractive and mature garden in a peaceful rural setting. It is also a working sheep and cattle farm of 151 acres.
We are situated in Mid Devon 1 mile from Sandford, adjacent to Crediton, close to Exeter and Tiverton, making it an ideal base from which to visit Devon's countryside, its beaches, the National Parks of Dartmoor and Exmoor, the Two Moor
Table football is available in the breakfast room; table tennis and a pool table are provided in the Old Stable. A large lawn overlooking the orchard with table and chairs is provided for guests to enjoy. There is local access to public tennis/squash courts and swimming pool.
