This beautiful 4-bedroom thatched-roof family villa with its private pool, newly-built to high specifications by a renowned architect (Dec 2010), It is situated on the seafront, in close proximity to several 5* hotels on the East coast of the island. Supermarket, banks, chemist and shops are 3 km away.
This elegantly furnished villa is of spacious lay-out and offers beautiful views on the bay. Its location is ideal for golfers as 3 of the island’s best golf courses (Links, Anahita and Ile aux Cerfs) are within 5 – 20 minutes by car and open to non-residents.

Inside
The airy living/dining-room is tastefully furnished in contemporary style. It boasts wooden parquet flooring, ceiling fan, large corner sofa, two beautifully carved contemporary wooden armchairs, coffee table and small occasional tables. Walk-in glazed wine cellar. The dining area has a sideboard, a dining table and chairs for 10 people. Large folding glass doors open the room completely on to an open terrace offering beautiful views of the lagoon. A wooden decking, with 2 sun-loungers and umbrella, leads directly to the swimming pool and its thatched-roof gazebo furnished with resin patio furniture and comfortable cushions.
