Rocky Bay is a luxurious villa perched ten meters above water and overlooking the picturesque sandy bay of Anse La Blague. Its peaceful and unique location on a private rocky headland with breathtaking panoramas and its vicinity to the sea makes it a highly sought after holiday environment.
The Villa
The villa offers four double bedrooms with their own private balcony and sea views.
There are three en suite with air conditioning and ceiling fans whilst the fourth has only a ceiling fan and a separate but private bathroom. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated in Creole-Mediterranean style with eastern themes, especially the spacious master bedroom with it’s very own private Jacuzzi.
The main entrance level to the villa houses the bedrooms and a comfortable lounge offering facilities such as TV, CD, DVD and internet access not to mention a huge and powerful pair of binoculars with which you can discover the islands dotted on the horizon to its fullest.
Downstairs the second level takes you to the kitchen and "Basil’s Bar" affectionately named after its owner. There is also an adjoining external breakfast terrace, an ideal venue for your early morning coffee whilst awaiting the break of dawn as it greets you with the promise of a new day.
A further few short steps and you are breathtakingly immersed into the panoramic dining area with a waterfall as part of the decor. Should you wish to relax after diner you have the choice of a second lounge or why not ‘chill out’ under the starlit deck overlooking the bay and the reef below.=
External Environment
A natural red granite background flowing gently to the sea dominates the property whilst exotic palms are scattered around the garden thus giving the villa a unique appearance. At sea level your own little jetty offers you the advantage of casting a fishing rod launching a canoe or even embarking on a fishing trip.
The Concept
Rock Bay is a self catering villa with daily cleaning services. An on site manager provides the necessary assistance required to facilitate your stay. A ‘welcome pack’ with the basic food and drinks requirements is available thus giving you time to settle in . When you are ready the manager can assist you with your shopping and other needs such as car or boat rental and taxis or even the services of a cook for those who really want to relax. |
