An extensive, partially covered and fully equipped terrace with view over the sea characterises the villa, with table for outdoor dining and and well equipped garden furniture. At the side of the villa there is a very pretty and well kept lawn with barbecue. At the back of the villa there is a laundry room. Parking. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: living/dining room (TV), kitchen (microwave, freezer, dishwasher), a single bed and access to an equipped terrace, 3 double bedrooms, one of which with access to outside and with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with shower. Only bed linen is supplied. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. Baby-bed available. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.
LOCATION: 300 m from the small bay of Naregno (sandy beaches, sailing school), situated south of Porto Azzurro (4.5 km, various shops). 1.5 km food shops, approx 5 km the characteristic village of Capoliveri, renowned for its night life due to its typical restaurants where you can eat excellent fish accompanied by the island's good Ansonaco wine, 3 km horse riding school, 7.5 km golfcourse at Acquabona. |
