Booking / Payment
To confirm the reservation of an apartment, the aforementioned deposit of 50% of the price of the rent will be paid.
Failing settlement of this deposit, we will not be required to hold the reservation of the apartment.
Payment of the rental price
The balance of the rental price, ie the price of the rental deduction of the amount of the deposit already paid, will be paid no later than the day of the keys.
Deposit
A deposit will be required upon arrival.
Cancellations / No show / Early departure
In case of cancellation of booking by the Tenant:
received 60 days or more before the start of the lease, Lessee shall pay 25% of the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit already and already perceived.
received between 15 th and 59 th days before rental, the Tenant shall pay 50% of the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit already and already perceived.
received less than 15 days before the start of the lease, the lessee will be required to pay the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit already and already perceived.
The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of receipt If no arrival without prior cancellation, the Tenant shall pay the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit paid. The early departure of the Tenant shall not give rise to any refund.

Had a fantastic stay. Apartment was exactly what we needed and in a great location. The apartment was very well set up and had everything we required - cooked the best roast turkey Christmas dinner. Our only issue was that during our 10 day stay the washing machine did not work and with a family of 5 travelling it was a bit of an issue.

The apartment's location is fantastic and that's its greatest attribute. The apartment was warm and comfortable (beds and couches etc) Kitchen all worked well as did the bathroom (heaps of hot water) The curtains on the two main windows could be updated, perhaps with some blackout backing to darken the rooms at night. Thank you and we had a great stay at Les Halles.
