Booking / Payment:
To confirm the reservation of an apartment, the aforementioned deposit of 60% of the price of the rent will be paid.
Failing settlement of this deposit, we will not be required to hold the reservation of the apartment.
Payment of the rental price:
The balance of the rental price, ie the price of the rental deduction of the amount of the deposit already paid, will be paid no later than the day of the keys.
Deposit:
A deposit will be required upon arrival.
Cancellations / No show / Early departure:
In case of cancellation of booking by the Tenant:

received between 15 th and 59 th days before rental, the Tenant shall pay 50% of the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit already and already perceived.

The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of receipt If no arrival without prior cancellation, the Tenant shall pay the full rental price, less the amount of the deposit paid. The early departure of the Tenant shall not give rise to any refund.

A very nice and comfortable Apartment.

We loved the location - the apartment was very convenient to all that we wanted to explore. The apartment was very clean, full of natural light, and had great space for our family of two adults and two teens. Our greeter was punctual and answered all of our questions. Audrey was exceptionally helpful in securing transport to and from CDG. There are a few items of maintenance that would have improved our feeling during the stay. The toilette door handle came off, the toilet paper holder needs to be resecured. There was no towel rack for a hand towel in the toilet room. One of the electrical outlets in the red bedroom came out of the wall when I tried to use it, which concerned me. Many of the floorboards need to be replaced or resecured. The television didn’t work. All in all, despite these minor inconveniences, we had a wonderful time in Paris and it was easy to work with your company.
