Peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by a pine grove, olive grove and Mediterranean shrubbery. A swimming pool (4x10) is at the guests' disposal. Parking.

A wooden stairway leads to the 1st fl.: living room, laundry room (washing machine), 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, hall with access, by means of a few stairs, to the garden. Very comfortable furniture with colonial furniture and some modern pieces. 3 hours of domestic help on Monday and Thursday are included in the price. Central heating.
