Villa Sans Souci is situated on the west coast and overlooking the bay of Black River. The villa has 3 bedrooms plus a guest anexe and is a haven of peace and is ideal for appreciating the sunsets on its quiet beach. The mediterrean style looks wonderful with the bright coloured bougainvilleas. The villa is a few minutes from restaurants, shops, doctor and banks.

Further South on the West coast one reaches Tamarin, with its new Tamarina Golf Course, and popular with those looking for exhilarating surfing, then Riviere Noire long known as the hub of big game fishing where one holidays at a slower pace, before reaching the coast of Petite Riviere Noire where there are a few appealing properties with pool in quiet regions on the beach but more than a km from the main road. Further South still is Le Morne with its several beach hotels and Golf Course at the Paradis & Dinarobin hotels. This coast is dryer than the north coast and generally not yet spoilt by tourism and enjoys an all year round warm climate Also to be noted that no less than 2 well stocked supermarkets (European style) are now operating on this stretch of coast. |
