The exclusive resort consists of 11 villas (one-bedroom, two-bedroom and a five-bedroom presidential villa) spread on 4 hectares of land for complete intimacy. Each villa includes a private swimming pool, outdoor bathtub, up to 750 sq. meters of private area and panoramic roof terrace.

A fine-dining restaurant with bar and rooftop lounge overlooking a majestic pool is also available to guests. Guests may treat themselves to a treatment or relax in the steam room or sauna in the spa, nested within a tropical garden with waterfall and pond. To complete the offer, the high-end kitesurfing center (Zanzibar Kite Paradise) provides watersport services such as kitesurfing, windsurfing or SUP equipment rental, lessons, and more.

The unique architecture of each villa has been specially designed to
blend in the natural beauty of the setting and is uncompromising when
it comes to luxury standards.
Each villa faces the seafront and consists of two units connected by
a garden with a terrace and private pool. The main part of the villa is
a day area with a stunning high-ceiling lounge and dining section. The
second part is a resting area including bedroom(s) with king-size bed,
dressing closet, and bathroom with rain shower as well as outdoor
bathtub.
Tropical gardens and carefully-grown vegetation surround each villa
for complete intimacy and comfort.
