A recently built complex of 4 luxury apartments and one penthouse overlooking the beautiful sandy beach and turquoise lagoon of Cap Malheureux, on the North coast of the island. The two ground floor and two first floor apartments as well as the Penthouse (on the second floor) offer a high level of confort and its covered terrasses offer stunning views over the turquoise lagoon with the small outer islands as backdrop. The complex boasts a shared swimming pool with a large wooden decking area, a pool bar, parasols and sun loungers. These apartments are located in the exclusive and quiet area of Cap Malheureux while being only five minute away from the bustling resort of Grand Bay with its array of small restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, banks and chic boutiques of Sunset Boulevard. 90 minutes from the airport.

Inside
The interior decoration is in contemporary style, using various tones of beige to maximum effect. The lounge/dining-room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa for 5, wicker armchair, coffee table, side table and lamp, contemporary TV/Hi-Fi console and ceiling fan. The dining area has a side-board, a wooden table and wicker chairs for 6. Large glass panels open completely on to a very spacious partly-covered terrace offering breathtaking views of the lagoon. Its sitting area is furnished with contemporary sofas, armchairs and coffee table and on the side is a bar with 5 bar chairs.
All bedrooms boast air con, ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps, double wardrobes, modern TV console, LCD TV, reading table and armchair.
Bedroom 1 (master) (sea views) : King-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, en suite bathroom with bath tub, wash basin and large shower cubicle. Separate WC. It opens on to the terrace.
Bedroom 2 (sea views): King-size bed, en suite shower room with large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. It opens on to the terrace.
Bedroom 3 : King-size beds.
Bedroom 4: 2 single beds.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a shower room with shower, wash basin and WC.
Well equipped American kitchen with access to a small balcony.

Swimming pool with sea view: Shared with 4 apartments and penthouse. Diving is not authorized. Being un-fenced, it is imperative that children are supervised by an adult.
