This charming complex consists of 4 apartments and 6 studios situated in a lovely garden of palm trees with a swimming pool and a BBQ area and kiosk, at the foot of Le Morne mountain, on the south-east coast of the island. The ground floor and 1st floor have 2 apartments and 3 studios each. The apartments have a communicating door to a studio each and the third studio is totally individual. A car is essential. 20 minutes’ drive from Black River/Tamarin with its banks, chemists, supermarkets, doctors, shops and array of small restaurants. 75 minutes from the airport by car.
Facilities
Apartment (max 4 adults): The sitting-room/dining room with table, chairs and TV opens on to a covered terrace furnished with garden table and chairs where meals can also be taken while admiring the view on the garden and swimming pool (and seaviews from upstairs balconies). Bedroom 1 has air-con, double bed, safe and views on the mountain. Bedroom 2 has aircon, double bed and views on the swimming pool. Separate shower-room/wc. Equipped kitchen.
Studio (max 2 adults): One bedroom with air-con, double bed, dining table and chairs for 2, ensuite shower-room/wc and access to the terrace with views on the garden and swimming pool (and sea views from upstairs balconies).

Gas rings/electric oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee-maker, safe, TV, shared BBQ.
Staff
Daily cleaning. Laundry service available within the complex.
A few of Mauritius top class hotels are nearby and offer water sports facilities(for a fee) and a choice of excellent restaurants to non-residents. Within close proximity is Tamarin and Black River with their shops, supermarkets, chemists and array of restaurants offering various cuisines. Activities nearby include: kite surf, wind surf, sea excursions by catamaran to Ile aux Cerfs and Ile aux Bénitiers, sightseeing at Parc National des Gorges, Casela Leisure Park (1500 species of birds, elands, zebras, wallabies, etc), horse riding (Les Ecuries de la Vieille Cheminée at Chamarel), mountain bike riding, hiking, Quad bike excursions and Via Ferratta, tennis (Riverland in Tamarin), golf at Le Paradis Golf Course (5* Le Paradis Hotel) and casino (Le Morne and Flic en Flac). |
