Charming villa enjoying a panoramic view over the Mozambique Channel. Located in a quiet area, it consists of a main house and an annexe hut, on a green field of 1200 sqm.
The house is in Amborovy, in Maroala a small fishing village, about 10 km from Mahajanga and 5 kms from the airport. It is located directly on the beach from which it is separated only by the track.
To get to the center of Mahajanga at the villa, take the road of Amborovy then 1 km before the airport take the track leading to "Little Beach" and Zahamotel. The house is located on the seafront, 1 km700 after Zahamotel.

Additional information
Discount for stay of several weeks except in high season (July-August and mid December-early January).
Staff : are included in the rental price, the services of a caretaker, Mahafaly and a housekeeper who comes three hours a day in the morning, except Sundays.
You can use the services of a cook or a cook whose salary is borne by the tenant (3 €). Working conditions (schedules, etc.) are to negotiate directly with the stove and it must pay directly.
Payment Terms: To confirm a reservation, it must make an advance payment of 40% in euros or ariary, either by check or by bank transfer; a lease is signed between the two parties (the manager has a power of attorney to sign in lieu of the owner). The balance is paid at the keys in case of a short-term rental (one week). If there is a rental of several weeks, it is requested that half of the rental amount is paid upon delivery of the key and the balance is paid later than the last week of stay.

"Nous avons passé de merveilleux moments. La villa est spacieuse, bien agencée et surtout bien équipée.La mer est belle la plage est propre. Mme Yvette,la femme de ménage et M. , le Gardien ont été exemplaires; Quel bonheur de se voir proposer,tous les matins, de gros camarons,des langoustes,des crabes et du poisson à n''en plus finir... et pas chers du tout (3 à 5 euros le kilo !!!!). Bref le paradis quoi !"

"séjour très agréable, reposant. Yvette la femme de ménage, très gentille et discrète, le gardien Mahafaly discret, gentil et serviable, le roi du barbecue. Lolo, une cuisinière exceptionnelle qui nous a fait des petits plats très savoureux et notre jeune chauffeur Barthélémy, toujours à l''écoute, attachant, toujours le sourire, serviable et d''une très grande gentillesse. Des parties de peches aves les pécheurs locaux en pirogue, de très bons moments. Les gens du village sont très gentils et n''hésitent pas à nous faire des petits signes amicaux. Nous n''avons pas eu besoin des services du gérant Haja, car tout c''est bien passé, mais nous avons fait la traversée de majunga à la capitale et nous avons passé un bon moment ensemble dans la voiture. La maison est très bien. Nous avons quitté cet endroit à regret."
