Tulip is a 100 sq.m. apartment renovated in March 2015 and located in a beautiful sixteenth-century building, in the lively Monti neighborhood. The district is one of the most well -known of the city, full of unique shops where the indelible sign of the tradition coexists with the latest trends. Moreover, since there are still a lot of locals in the area, restaurants have preserved a very high level of quality.
The apartment is accessible via an internal staircase that overlooks the dining room. Adjacent to the dining area there is a fully equipped kitchen. Next to this area there is a bathroom, with shower and toilet. A passageway gives access to another bathroom (with a second shower) and connects the dining area to a spacious living room provided with two leather sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. The apartment can host up to 7 guests.
Tulip is equipped with a large flat screen TV in the living room, air conditioning and wi-fi; the kitchen comes with a microwave, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob, large fridge, water kettle, toaster and washing machine. Sheets, towels, hair dryer and courtesy kit are included.
From the apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view of the famous Via del Boschetto, a beautiful and typical Roman street which climbs towards the Quirinale Hill.
