South Africa Lodge Vacation Rentals in a Malaria Free Exclusive Game Reserve near the Botswana Border
This lodge has a spectacular view over the open plains.
With only 4 Suites (each with private plunge pool), this Lodge is well suited to a group of friends or family members making it their own while on safari, or for those who simply prefer the sound of nature and little else.....
Each Suite has a private plunge pool, bathroom en-suite, private deck area and wood-burning fire place.
The only concern at this lodge is the complete comfort of every single guest.
Safaris are conducted twice a day. Join us for a game drive or enjoy the bush on foot.
Unfortunately restrictions apply for children of 5 and younger
Teachers. Guardians. Friends: Our Guides take great pride in what they do, as well as in the environment around them. This attitude is what enables us to give the most genuine and un-spoilt view of Africa’s wildlife and landscapes as we venture out into the bush every-day. A safari is so much more than The Big Five. These Guides have an interest in every creature – big and small.
It would be difficult to find a team of more enthusiastic guides who enjoy nothing better than starting and finishing each day out in the wild in search of animals big and small. Whether leopard or chameleon, rhino or dung beetle, they will share a riveting story and teach you something you never knew before.
We strive to give each and every guest an experience that they will never forget, and in the process hopefully to also create awareness of the need for conservation in Africa. We hope to share this really special place, and experience, with you.
Guests young and old make a captive audience, and no guest is less important than another.
Game Drives head out early morning at sunrise, and late afternoon just before sunset in search of the many animal species which call this place home. No more than 8 people at a time share in a private and intensely personal safari experience in the company of their Guide.
Guided walks are a different way to appreciate the bush, and to enjoy a unique perspective of the reserve from ‘terra firma’.
SAFETY FIRST!
Guides accompanying guests will conduct a pre-trail briefing. They will explain more about the area in which the walk will take place, and what walkers need to know. This will include how guests should walk (single file behind the guide, no lagging behind), what to do in certain instances when encountering animals on the walk, information on medical kits and handheld radios etc.) First Aid kits and handheld radios are standard equipment on walks, so that in the unlikely event of an emergency, the group has contact with the lodge and access to basic medical equipment.
