This Villa is 12 minutes walk from the famous Calangute Beach.The property comes fully furnished with 2 AC bedrooms + 1 NON- AC bedrooms and is ready for immediate occupation, ideal for a students, group of friends or someone who wants budget accommodation in Calangute.

2 AC bedrooms within the property are serviced by an air conditioning unit and the temperature can be individually controlled in each room. The grey master bedroom has a double bed whereas the other green bedrooms have twin beds (which can come together as a double). The yellow bedroom is a NON-AC bedroom. All bedrooms are furnished with a ceiling fan, mirror, bedside table, etc. Please note the copper Bedroom does not have a wardrobe because of the room size. All windows to the villa have mesh insect blinds.

The Grey master bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The pink bedroom has an adjacent bathroom/toilet. No kitchen facility is provided at this villa. on the ground floor opens out onto a covered terrace leading into the garden and there is also seating in the front porch. House Keeping is done daily from 2pm-5pm. Linen and towels are changed twice a week. A gardener maintains the garden area.
