17th century property completely refurbished in 2007 in a typical Tuscan style. 20 hectare property. The village is only 400m away and can be reached by foot walking between olive trees. Very peaceful place, good location to reach the best historical places in Tuscany (7km to Pisa, 12km to Lucca, 80km to Florence and 140km to Siena) and the sea. We are only 5km from Pisa's airport. Independent Villa Composed by 2 independents apartments :
Ground floor apartment.
Composed of 3 double bedrooms with king sizebeds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a large living room and an independent kichen which is fully equipped with 4-ring stove, oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
First floor apartment.
Composed by 3 double bedrooms, 2 with king sizebeds and 1 with 2 single beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 large living room with ancient fireplace and an independent which is kitchen which is fully equipped with 4-ring stove, oven dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Both apartments have central heating for off season use. Air conditioning available only in Lo Stemma 2 with a separate charge.The whole villa is suitable for children having a private garden. Marvellously equipped garden with mountain views. The villa has an old outside oven. Both apartments have access to the main villa's garden and shared pool with equipped solarium area.
The main garden has also barbecue facilities, a soccer and volleyball fields and games for children.

FROM 450 to 1200 PER WEEK

In high season weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in from 14:00 to 17:00 and check-out between 8.00 and 10.00am.
Final cleanings from 40 to 140 euro weekly must be payed at check-in. Heating excluded, prices from 50 to 200 euro weekly.
Payment of 10% required on booking.
Other 30% payment required 1 month before arrival. Rental balnce (including final cleanings) must be settled at check-in.
Deposit of 150 euro against possible damages required at check-in.
You should take out insurance that includes cancellation cover when you receive booking confirmation.
If you cancel more than 90 days beforehand we'll try to re-let and charge you only the 10%. If you cancel less than 90 days before we will keep the deposit of 40% that we will consider as new deposit if you would like to come in another period. |
