Step one: Please call Kelly at the number we will tell you on the booking receipt, when leaving the airport or on the way to the property.
Step two: You are greeted at property by a representative with keys.
Step three: You will be given a thorough walk through and check-in brief.
Step Four: You will be asked to fill out a registration/ credit card form, to be held as a refundable damages deposit.
Step Five: please present the representative with the physical credit card that was used to make the booking as well as your ID/ Passport
Standard Check-in time is between 14h00 and 18h00 on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10h00 on the day of departure.
