Large, fully furnished kitchen. Dining Room with Dining Table and 6 chairs, with a separate toilet. 2 Drawing Rooms, 1 TV.
- The villa has its own Private Swimming Pool + Jacuzzi Area.
3 Bedrooms, each with an attached toilet, balcony, Split A/C, Double Bed, Wardrobe, Dressing table.
Housekeeping is done daily only between 9am - 2pm.
Large, fully furnished kitchen with KENT RO drinking water.

-The rates are inclusive of Luxury tax and Service Tax. (subject to change).
-50% booking fee is needed to confirm the booking within 48 hours and is strictly non-refundable.
- The minimum stay at any of our villas is 3 nights. Between 15 Dec -14 Jan, minimum stay is 1 week and stays less than a week will be charged the weekly rate.
-Our prices are based on the number of adults + children staying at the villa. There is no charge for children under 5 years old.
-If children require an extra bed/mattress then an extra cost will be applicable. Please specify the ages of children at time of travel. Proof of age of children is required whilst booking to avail discount.
- No Smoking inside the villa/bedrooms. If found we may ask you to leave the premises and security deposit will be forfeited without discussion.
