This impeccable 3 bedroom home is tucked away into a quiet neighborhood within Playa Chiquita, but easily accessible by foot to the nearby shops, cafes, restaurants and pristine beaches. The property is surrounded by lush rain forest trees with frequent visits from monkeys, sloths, toucans and all kinds of tropical wildlife.

The house is designed around a central kitchen & dining room, with the master bedroom on one side and two guest bedrooms on the other - offering improved privacy. The second guest bedroom, with a built in Murphy bed, easily converts into a home office. Both bedooms have hardwoods floors.

The kitchen is spacious, open and comfortable with ample counter spaces, optimized storage areas, a central island with a 3 cooktop gas stove, electric oven and microwave oven.

The house extends itself to the outdoors with a spacious terrace and outdoor dining and living room areas. There is an outside patio and swimming pool just steps from the master bedroom. Outdoor shower to rinse off when returning from the beach.
