The bus terminal is also at less than 700 feet from where you can visit Puerto Viejo till Manzanillo but also reach San Jose. You definitively don?t need a car. The property is totally closed in and surrounded by an incredible lush tropical garden with many birds to watch every day. Totally safe, with a camera security system and a full time guard on the premises.

The property comes with a house and a studio separated by a swimming-pool. The house features a large and air-conditioned master bedroom (king size bed) and an ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a living-room, a fully equipped kitchen and a large terrace open on to the tropical garden. The premises count with a very deep well that assure you showers all year long, even in drought season. You can plug your device and get your music in the whole house thanks to a develop speakers system. There is a barbecue grill and a pizza wood oven, at your disposal.

The studio includes a master suite with air-conditioning (king size bed and an individual pull-out bed), fully equipped small kitchen and a terrace.

All bathrooms are designed with marble. Bedrooms have exotic wooden floors and the furniture directly imported from Morocco.
