The appartment -T1 type- is part of the Belfond Appartment Hôtel (***). It is located in one small independant building, each of them with a large swimming-pool and tropical garden, in the touristic quartier of the Belfond Domain, close to the village of Sainte Anne. It is 300 meters far from the wonderful beach of the Pointe Marin, close to the Club Mediterranée.
You can also access to the bar and the restaurant of the hôtel for breakfast and dinner. The customers of the restaurant "La Canne à Sucre" benefit in season from an animation with orchestra, traditional dance displays, limbo dancing, musical environment.
Facing West, air conditionned, it is located on the right angle of the building (filled with light and ventilated with two additional windows). A separated kitchenette fully furnished (fridge, micro-wave, toaster, etc..), a room with a large double bed and a single one, a bathing room with toilets and a large terrace of 12 square meters. It is one of the most convenient appartments of the residency.
The Belfond complex is located in the most touristic and popular part of the Martinique island, in the Southern part on the Caribean coast with bars, restaurants, shops and services within one minute. Close to the wonderful beach of the Pointe Marin, white sand, green sea, shadowed with trees, very quiet. A lot of sea activities as sailing, diving, skidoo.
Ten minutes far from the beach is the village of Sainte Anne, typical creole village with local fishers, market, shops, bars and restaurants.
