Abemus in San Pietro B&B is very close to the Vatican, in a quiet and silent road where there used to be a cave for clay quarrying, which supplied the bricks needed to build St. Peter's church and the Vatican City. It's just 300 metres away from St.Peter's colonnade and the Vatican Museum, and its placing in the very old Roman centre helps for a quick and easy move around the city, so with a pleasant walk you can smoothly reach for Castel Sant’Angelo, Piazza Navona, Campo de Fiori, Pantheon, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza di Spagna, il Colosseo.
In the immediate surroundings you will also find banks, cinemas, theatres and shopping lanes such as via Cola di Rienzo and via Ottaviano.
The quarter is located in a big green belt inside the city which comprises la collina del Gianicolo, where you can enjoy Rome's most suggestive view and Villa Pamphili's park, the biggest in town.
