Breakfast is served in the adjacent Serra dei Cachi, or on a beautiful shaded patio in front of the house, with views over the park. The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of Casa Maria guests, is situated on a wide lawn with magnificent views of the surrounding hills. There is a tennis court in a nearby olive grove.
