The villa Agnès is a haven of peace, bathed by light. Its garden has plenty of Mediterranean plants : bougainvilliers, pink laurels, mimosas. It gives you a refreshing shade in summer, and allows you to have lunch in the sun in full winter.
Situated in a very calm quarter, the Villa Agnès is 2 minutes by feet of trade and stopping of bus, which leads you in the centre of Cannes and to beaches in 10 minutes. Inside of the Villa is very comfortable and decorated in a style which recalls Mediterranean Sea, from the French Riviera to Morocco, Tunisia, or Greece.A big convivial living-room offers you a corner with chimney, a table for 10 persons, and a kitchen entirely equipped. Four comfortable bed-rooms allow you to house 8 persons. A basin in an inner courtyard allows you to refresh themselves sheltered from looks open-air, and provides an aerie of games very appreciated by small children.
All the house is in perfect state:central heating, 1 bathroom with toilet and tub, and a shower-room with toilet, Internet Wifi access. You can park your car in a parking inside of the closed garden.
