Villa Arabella is a beautiful 4 bed 3 bath home located in an exclusive gated community just 15 minutes from Disney World. It offers stylish and comfortable accommodation for 8 people.
Whether you want to relax and unwind by the pool, enjoying the peace and quiet of the rural setting, have fun in the villa's games room, or spend an exciting day at the nearby theme parks, you'll keep the whole family happy when you stay at Villa Arabella!
INSIDE THE VILLA
The spacious family room is the heart of the villa with its deep sofas, cable TV and DVD player. A computer with internet access means you can check your e mails, research your trips and get directions to the parks at the click of a mouse.
The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances - large or small - to make catering for the family a breeze. Choose from three different areas when it comes to mealtimes - the casual breakfast bar, the breakfast nook or the more formal dining room.
The games room is always a hit with young and old alike; boasting a quality pool table, an air hockey table, a foosball table and an electronic darts board, there's plenty to keep everyone entertained!
There are 2 master bedrooms, both with cable TV, ample hanging and storage space and en suite bathrooms with double washbaisins, large bathtub and separate shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds and they share the third bathroom.
OUTSIDE THE VILLA
The pool is surrounded by large deck with sunloungers. The covered lanai with table and chairs allows you to retreat into the shade when the heat gets too much, but still enjoy being outside. It is the perfect place for dining al fresco, as the privacy fence to the rear means the pool area and yard are not overlooked.
Villa Arabella is lucky enough to have not only a good sized pool, but a yard large enough for the children to play in (many properties in Orlando do not have this much space to the rear).
Guests may use the community facilities which include a tennis court and a children's playground.
