Property Details

Between medieval city and St Louis walled town, very close to the Aude's bank, it will be a pleasure for you to stay in this lovely furnished bungalow located in one of the oldest quarter of town. At the end of the hallway, wonderfully painted by the owner Jean Pidoux who lives in the same building with his wife, enjoy a patio with luxuriant vegetation. Kitchen-living room fully-equiped, double bed room, shower room and toilet. We can pick you up at the airport, the train station or the highway exit. If you use your own car, two free parking lots are available around.

This one bedroom flat, located 5 rue Marceau in Carcassonne is listed "3 stars" since january 2007, maximum in its class, by the Gîtes de France and "3keys" by the "Clévacances" label.

ACCESS
You can appreciate the town without a car. If you arrive at the airport, the train station or the highway (exit n°23), we will come and meet you there. From May to September, Carcassonne city council places a small electric car service (TOUC) at people disposal to allow them to visit every corner of the city from the medieval city to the walled town (lower city)

GROCER'S
The shops of La Trivalle (street leading to the medieval city) are very well-stocked (Bakery, Pastry, butcher's shop, delicatessen, etc.). You can also find shops and supermarkets at only 10 minutes walking.

CATERING
The medieval city as well as the walled town offers a wide range of cafés and restaurants (local specialities, luxury restaurant, fast food, exotic cuisine).
