Beautifuly furnished throughout, this 4 bed 3 bath villa offers a high standard of accommodation for 8 people.

THE VILLA
The open plan living area has cathedral ceilings and comprises an elegant dining area with seating for 6 and a comfy sitting area with cable TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. The breakfast bar and breakfast nook (with table and 4 chairs) provide plenty of eating options at less formal mealtimes.
The King master bedroom has cable TV and an en suite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. The Queen bedroom shares a full bathroom with the third bedroom, a twin room. The fourth bedroom is Disney themed, with twin beds and a bathroom with walk-in shower just across the hall.
Outside, the screened pool is surrounded by a deck with sun loungers. The covered lanai has table and chairs, the perfect spot for an al fresco meal as you can enjoy being out of doors without suffering in the direct heat of the sun. For your privacy, the white fence screens the pool and deck area to the rear and on both sides.

THE LOCATION
The villa is ideally situated for trips to the theme parks - Disney World is so close you can even hear the evening fireworks from the front yard! By car, you will reach the gates in under 15 minutes.
There is a Super Wal-Mart just minutes from the villa, as well as a selection of other stores and eateries. Just a few minutes further afield is Highway 192, lined with hundreds of shops and restaurants.
Despite this proximity to the action, the villa is in a quiet and rural neighborhood whose tranquility you will appreciate upon returning from an exciting day at the theme parks or a hard day's shopping!
