Welcome to a peaceful but not remote or isolated place : 10 minutes from the centre of Perugia and the Airport, 20 minutes from the wonderful cities of Assisi, Trevi, Spello or Trasimeno Lake, reached by the mayor communication lines. The Bed and Breakfast offers 2 cosy, light rooms. Each of them has got private bathroom. There’s a common kitchen where you can have your breakfast or, if you prefer, you can eat outside in the park. A few minutes away by car you can practice your favorite sports: swimming, tennis, soccer, horse riding or golf. Bus to Perugia city is at 50 mt.
