El Indiviso is a typical Manor House of Cadiz, built in 1895 and is perfectly restored and modernised. The last reformations were done in 2006. It is situated within a 50.000m2 piece of land in Manzanete, a countryside area of Vejer and Barbate. This is a very tranquil area with amazing views of the pretty town of Vejer, next to the Golf Course in Montenmedio. Within a few kilometres you have some of the best beaches in Cadiz: Barbate, Zahara de los Atunes, Bologna, El Palmar, etc.
The property is approximately 650 square meters, consisting of 9 double bedrooms, one with a chimney, 6 of them with double beds and 3 with 2 single beds. There are also two sofas beds - 80 x 180 cm -. There is a grand hall of 100 m2 which is superbly heated, with a TV and a French billiards table; A dining room with an inglenook fireplace and seating for 24 people. A main kitchen containing a 4 ring gas hob, an electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerators and freezer, a blender, an electric juicer, electric and conventional coffee machines, a large toaster, and of course the kitchenware -plates, knives, forks, glasses, etc.
We have 7 bathrooms and 2 toilets in the grand hall. 5 of the rooms have their own en suite bathrooms, and in another area, the one we call the family area, there are 4 bedrooms, in groups of 2. Here, for every 2 rooms, there is a shared bathroom. It is in this area of the Manor House that we have the two dressing rooms, where the sofa beds are.
Another 2 of the 9 bedrooms are like self contained apartments, with a double bedroom in each of them, one with a lounge and chimney, and the other contains a grand kitchen and dining room. These apartments each have their own bathroom. These apartments are joined to the rest of the Stately home because this is where, in the olden days, the farm hands used to stay. In front of this area there is a stone table under a pleasant porch, to eat outdoors. The Manor House has a central patio with a large palm tree, 2 orange trees and a multitude of flowers, with garden tables jotted about within the patio for alfresco dining.
There is central heating, hot water, a large car park, laundry room and a swimming pool with views to Vejer de la Frontera. There is also a small bullring (in case anyone dares!).
Around the property there are many orange trees, holly trees, and other trees and plants particular to this area.
Vejer is 6 km´s away. The road adjoining our property to the town is perfectly tarmaced, and the junction to the main road that goes from Cadiz to Algeciras is only 1,1 km away from us.
The Manor house can be rented as a whole, with or without cleaning service and breakfast or it can be rented room by room with breakfast included. The sheets are changed twice a week, and the towels are changed every time the client deems it necessary.
