Property Details

Guy and Monique are happy to welcome you to their 3 furnished self-catering gites, situated in the grounds of their family house :

le latanier rouge*** , le latanier vert*** and le latanier bleu***

The gites offer all modern facilities and are tastefully and originally furnished. Les Lataniers is situated in the village of Piton-Saint-Leu, 2.5 kms from the sea and the west coast, noted for its beaches and surfing.

Accommodation :
2 to 6 people per gite, maximum 18.

Situated in a quiet, friendly environment, in spacious grounds (3 000m²) planted with trees and flowers, the gites have a panoramic view over the Indian Ocean, with its magnificent sunsets !

Monique will be happy to share with you her love for her island, and for the hibiscus that adorn her garden...

A big spaces out swimming pool reassured has just been created with a swimming pool with flood faced with the sea, a paddling pool for babies, 2 newsstands, a solarium.

Terms and Conditions:

Advance reservation :
Confirmed on return of the reservation form accompanied by a 25% (non-refundable) deposit; two copies of the rental contract will be sent to you by return of post.

One copy of the contract should be returned to us with the balance of the sum due at least 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

Immediate reservation:
The entire sum due is payable at the beginning of your stay, on signature of the contract.


Third party insurance cover is compulsory, and you will be asked to pay a deposit corresponding to one week’s rental on arrival.

An inventory will be carried out in your presence at the beginning and end of your stay.

We regret that for reasons of hygiene, and for the well-being of our resident animals (dogs, fish) we cannot accept pets.
