Podere Morucciola viti e ulivi B&B stands on the hill with the same name overlooking the anchient village of arcola. It is part of a residential, panoramic complex whose central body goes back to 1870.
Followig a careful and meticolous renovation according to liguria tradition, the owners a. and g.propose their guests stays in highly confortable flats.
The flats are furnisched according to a conservative logic which goes on with the central building going back to the 19th century. They supply high comfortable service well mingled with the typical characteristics of the country ligurian environment.
The flats are very bright and with a wonderful panoramic view.
They are indipendent and composed of a kitchen ( with hob,oven,dishwasher, freezer,fridge,and tv set ); a large living-room, a bathroom with a shower and a spare room which can host another bed when required.
The open space of each flat offers a garden, a terrace with a panoramic view, solarium, a park 1200 square metres bordering with the wood of morucciola hill.
Our guest have a private, enclose parking at their disposal.
In high season the minimun stay is for two nights.
The particular barycentric location of the b&b, few kilometres far from the toolgates of the motorways la spezia-s.stefano and sarzana, makes easy to visit “the marble quarries” in carrara, to enjoy your nights in versilia or the seasides of the tyrrhenian coast.
Our b&b allows also to reach the national park of 5 terre and village which are part of it, travelling by train from arcola or vezzano railstation.
The tickets train are avaible at the b&b toghether with the time table.
If you like, you can also reach “il golfo dei poeti” with villages of lerici and tellaro only 5 minuetes far by car, or beach of “baia blu,” 4 kilometres far. If you prefer the bus,there’s a bus stop 200 metres far, it passes every 10-20 minutes and takes you to sarzana, la spezia,portovenere with its nice isle of palmaria,tino,tinetto.
After the seaside or the excursions, the ideal microclimate of moruc- ciol hill, wit its mild temperatures during the day and fresh air in the evening, allows our guest an ideal relax in its comfortable flats.
A large panoramic terrace, a furnished garden,a solarium and a private park with olive trees and vines, 1200 square miles large, allow our guest to enjoy the country side,the sun,the brackish air of liguria.
