In Sicily, 70 km from Agrigento's 'Temples Valley', 90 km from Erice, 120 km from Palermo, 20 km from Sciacca, there are 3 nice villas ( all in the same area) sited in a quite and sunny position with a wonderful view on the sea (every villa 6 beds). The Villa SoleMare 1 and 3 are all completed, while Villa SoleMare 2 needs to give the last touch to outside walls and to the garden (so the price list is quite lower). Centre of Ribera 6 km away. Beach 300 m. The Seccagrande village, where are restaurants and shops is 3.5 km far. Unpolluted sea and a lot of tourist places all around, like the 'River Platani - Save Area (where it is possible the practice of 'bird-watching'). In this oasis it is growing up the typical Mediterranean vegetation, with woods and footpaths for trekking lovers. Not so far away (only 10 km) the Natural Reserve of Torre Salsa (under WWF control) is a real paradise with a fabulous beach. More photos and info available to be e-mailed on request.
During spring and fall do you can have 5 kms of beach only for you! !! From Trapani and Palermo airports do you can reach the villas in 1-2 hours enjoing the beatiful views of Sicily on the road.It is really easy to reach them.
Every villa is detached with own garden and parking area.
